Christ is revealed instituting a perpetually enduring truth-
teaching, truth-handling
authority in the Apostles.
Matthew 28:20
... teaching them (all nations) to observe all that I
have
commanded you.
And behold, I am with you always,
until the end of the age.
John 14:16-17
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another
